Rental Period: Late Autumn to early Spring,
the rental period minimum is two weeks.
Rental Price: EUR 2,800 includes central heating, linen change and cleaning once a week. Villa de la Luna and Villa del Sol can be leased individually or together. Prices above are for individual rentals; for joint rentals request information.
Payment Terms: 20% due at reservation; remaining balance due six weeks before arrival. The warranty for possible damage is EUR 250 and is added to the payment term one month before arrival. The warranty will be paid back on the day of departure.
Arrival and Departure: In the spring, summer and autumn, flights to Lefkada leave every weekend from many European cities. Flying via Corfu is another option. From November until late April, flights usually arrive in and depart from Athens. It is also possibly to reach Lefkada by car or coach from Athens to Lefkada in @ 4 ½ hours. Many visitors drive by car through Italy. Convenient ferries also depart several times daily from Venice and Ancona.
Large Groups:
For larger groups both Villas can be rented together.
Check In: Each Villa sleeps 6 to 8 guests. The rental period is from Sunday to Sunday. Arriving guests can occupy or "Check in" "Villa del Sol or Villa de la Luna after 15:00 hours. On departure day, we require guests to vacate the accommodation before 10:00 hours.
